Showroom Programme Tailoring in Practice
A complete experience for a Nordic Defence delegation
Visitors took part in a dedicated two-day programme
The premiere of our showroom was marked by a comprehensive event, tailored for a team from the Danish Defence. For this official opening, we had a clear ambition: we wanted them to explore the full potential of the new space.
We envisioned a dynamic, engaging two-day agenda, genuinely supportive of the visitors’ objectives. It needed to flow naturally and keep the entire group involved throughout, creating a collaborative and enthusiastic environment.
Our main goal was to deliver insights and solutions of high perceived value, strengthening their kit configuration and broader emergency preparedness.
Developing the Experience
Our consultants from Denmark and Sweden worked closely together on this project. Engaged and proactive, they mapped the delegation’s priorities and shaped a cohesive agenda. Each activity was strategically selected to deliver relevant insights, strong discussions, and innovative supply solutions.
Programme Highlights - Customised Sessions for the Danish team

Role 1 Haemorrhage Control
Briefing, New Solutions & Realistic Product Testing
Haemorrhage control remains one of the greatest challenges in field
operations.
As a crucial topic, it was given a complete session, combining a focused briefing, the presentation of new solutions, and direct practical testing.
It became one of the key highlights of the programme.
Participants had the opportunity to test equipment directly on a high-fidelity manikin capable of simulating severe haemorrhage. Our consultants introduced new rapid-response solutions, including the latest tourniquets and trauma bandages. The group could handle the products, compare designs, and discuss practical aspects of their use.

Hypothermia Prevention
Briefings, New Solutions & Hands-on Evaluation
Aligning with the current interests of the Danish Defence, hypothermia
prevention remains a key area of focus.
The group took part in briefings on prevention strategies and discovered new thermal management solutions.
Our team carefully selected smart, lightweight equipment suited for field conditions, including inflatable insulation bases, hypothermia blankets, compact rescue blankets, and other thermal protection systems.
They examined the equipment and discussed practical deployment and
suitability for operational scenarios.

Supply Chain Resilience: Logistics & Procurement Strategy
Briefings & Knowledge Exchange
Moving beyond products and kit configuration solutions, we introduced
another essential topic into the briefings: Supply Chain Resilience.
another essential topic into the briefings: Supply Chain Resilience.
Backed by a presence in more than 14 countries and over 20 years of
experience supporting emergency and defence sectors, we shared our
expertise and best practices for achieving logistical efficiency and building an optimised medical supply network.
The dedicated sessions evolved into engaged conversations, with a rich exchange of ideas, lessons learned, and reflections on different
approaches to ensuring sustained, long-term readiness.
We encouraged what we believe to be a key best practice: collaboration that fosters growth and development of all organisations involved in the supply chain, extending this dialogue to defence forces across different countries.

The True Purpose Achieved
The most valuable aspect of this event was the fluid dialogue and the deep understanding of different perspectives. It brought critical and challenging topics to the table within a natural, friendly environment.
This experience reflects exactly what the showroom was created for: a place for collaboration and connection to strengthen the medical supply network as a whole.
It also reinforces our commitment to those who rely on our expertise every day, supporting informed decisions, stronger partnerships, and better preparedness in the field.
